About the role
You are a proactive individual who will primarily grow, nurture and manage our corporate client’s leisure travel requests.
This role also requires you to learn and assist with Corporate Travel.
You will be working in an experienced, knowledgeable and fun team, servicing and managing our key corporate clients with their leisure arrangements.
You will bring your extensive knowledge within the retail market and combine this with the fast-paced corporate world. If you want to further your career in travel, then this is your opportunity to work on leisure travel and learn Corporate travel too.
Negotiable salary
Key attributes required for the job include:
• Experience in Sabre, Tramada and Serko an advantage
• Min 3 year travel industry experience in leisure travel
• Fare knowledge
• Experience and knowledge in booking tours, cruises, holiday packages
• Excellent nurturing customer service skills who values the importance of developing strong relationships
• Friendly, approachable and a strong team player
• Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations
• A high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication, listening and written skills
